List of Policies

Weekly rates are for four people. There is a $50 charge per additional guests.

Daily rates are for double occupancy. There is a $25 charge per additional guests.

For the comfort of all, smoking is allowed outside.

     Reservations require a 50% deposit.
     Balance plus 6% Michigan sales tax is due upon arrival.
     No refunds without a 30 day notice.
     Well-behaved Pets are welcome (minimal additional charge)
     Sorry, no credit cards.
